Terms of service

By using the Mega Coffee Mongolia app or website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services. These terms are between you and Mega Coffee Mongolia LLC.

You need an account to order ahead and earn loyalty rewards. You’re responsible for keeping your phone number and sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Don’t share your account or impersonate someone else.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

When you place an order it is an offer to buy, which a store accepts when it begins preparing your drinks. Prices and availability are shown in the app and may vary by store. We prepare orders for pickup at the store you select; please collect them promptly, as freshly made drinks can’t be held indefinitely.

Payments are handled by our partners QPay, SocialPay and StorePay. All prices are in Mongolian tögrög (₮) and include applicable taxes. If something’s wrong with your order, talk to the store or contact us — we’ll make it right with a remake or refund where appropriate.

Our loyalty programme rewards you for ordering with Mega Coffee:

• Eligible drinks earn stamps; ten stamps redeem one free Americano.
• Food and merchandise earn points you can spend on rewards.
• Stamps, points and rewards have no cash value and can’t be transferred or sold.
• We may adjust the programme, and we’ll give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Please use Mega Coffee fairly. Don’t misuse the service, abuse promotions or loyalty rewards, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or engage in fraud.

The Mega Coffee name, logo, app, and content are owned by Mega Coffee Mongolia LLC and our licensors. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of our products, and nothing here grants you rights to our brand.

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Mongolian law, Mega Coffee Mongolia is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the service. If you have an allergy, please check with store staff before ordering.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ulaanbaatar. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Mega Coffee means you accept the updated terms.
